Spending four hours in a true Roman kitchen is an unparalleled occasion to learn one of the key aspects of the city culture: its cousine. In this workshop you will have the chance to learn tricks, recipes, customs, precepts, and try your hands on: world famous roman starters like jewish-style artichokes, anchovies tortino, supplì; different kinds of pasta like carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe; second courses like saltinbocca (meat) and baccalà (fish); the maritozzo cake.
